Terms of Use
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using manseru (the iPhone app and the web app at manseru.com), you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. manseru is provided by DBR (DBR Group).
2. Your account
You sign up with an email and password and must be 16 or older. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity in your account. There is no password reset button yet: if you forget it, email us from your registered address.
3. Your content
The calendars, tasks, messages, comments and files you create are yours. You allow DBR to store, process and display them only to run manseru for you and the people you choose to share with. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights or contains malware.
4. Sharing and messaging
When you share a category or calendar or send messages and files, recipients see that content; people with edit rights can change shared tasks. Share only with people you trust. Do not use manseru to harass anyone or send spam.
5. Blocking and reporting
You can block anyone and report a message or user right in the conversation. A blocked person can no longer message you, share with you or comment for you. manseru has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, scams or spam. We review every report within 24 hours, remove offending content and suspend offending accounts. You can also report by email at contact@dbr.business.
6. Kaito and AI
Kaito uses an AI model, so it can misunderstand or suggest something unsuitable. Small changes (creating, moving, renaming, deleting up to 3 items) happen right away with an Undo card; bigger ones (deleting many items, setting a day template, deleting a category, importing a spreadsheet) ask you first. You are responsible for checking the result. Kaito does not replace professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.
7. Third-party connections
Google and Apple Calendar sync, Google Sheets import and the Never Late connection depend on those services and their own terms. We are not responsible when they change or stop.
8. Service changes
Features on the web and in the iPhone app may change without notice. We log changes in “What’s new”. Keep your own copy of anything important.
9. Limitation of liability
manseru is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, DBR is not liable for indirect damage such as missed appointments, missed deadlines or data loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination
You can stop using manseru and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after telling you where possible.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We prefer to settle disputes by negotiation.
12. Changes and contact
If these terms change materially, we update the date at the top. Contact: contact@dbr.business.
