There is no password reset button yet. Email us from your registered address and we will help you back in.
How do I use manseru on iPhone before it is on the App Store?
Open manseru.com in Safari, sign in, then tap Share → Add to Home Screen. manseru runs full screen like an app. The iPhone app is coming to the App Store.
I get no notifications when the app is closed.
Push notifications on iPhone are not enabled yet. In-app notifications (reminders, comments, messages) work while manseru is open.
Kaito gave a wrong answer or did not reply.
Small changes (creating, moving, renaming, deleting up to 3 items) happen right away with an Undo button on the card. Bigger ones (deleting many items, setting a day template, deleting a category, importing a spreadsheet) show a preview first: tap Cancel if it is wrong, or Undo after confirming. If Kaito says it is busy, wait a moment and send again.
Someone is bothering me in messages.
In the conversation, tap Block so they can no longer message you, share with you or comment for you, or Report the message or user. We review every report within 24 hours and have zero tolerance for objectionable content or harassment. You can also email contact@dbr.business.
I can’t find sync with my phone’s calendar.
Syncing with the calendar on your device is only in the iPhone app. On the web the option is hidden.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. Your calendar, tasks and data are deleted for good. See the Privacy Policy for details.
I want a copy of my data.
There is no export button yet. Email us from your registered address to receive a copy.
